The Skogluft living wall system is designed to last for at least 10 years. Pothos manages with little care and light, so hopefully, the plants will last just as long!

Let the plants dry out completely - stick your finger deep into the soil to check that it is completely dry. Let the plants dry for a week, then give them a little water in the tray every week. Alternatively, you can use flypaper from a garden center.

Try cutting off the yellow leaves and some or all of the stalks. Wait to water until the soil is completely dry.

Both ways work. The living wall isn’t dependent on artificial light as long as the room has some natural light, but it increases the odds of the plants thriving in an optimal way.

It depends a bit on how you define "lush", but as long as you have filled it with fresh plants it should be green and decorative from day one. As long as it thrives, it only gets lusher over time.

Wait four days before the first watering. Check the condition of the plants by sticking your finger into the soil! If it’s very dry and the plants a little droopy, you should water them.

We ship Skogluft to your country if you live in Europe. If you don’t, contact us at hello@skogluft.com and we’ll see what we can do. 

When you order, you will receive a confirmation email and we will process your order as quickly as possible. You will normally receive your order within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your chosen delivery option and geographic location.

Returns

We do our best to make sure you have the best possible experience with Skogluft.  But sometimes things happen. If you would like to return all or part of your order, please read the following:

You can return your living wall for any reason up to 30 days after you receive it. 

To request a return, please contact us at hello@skogluft.com for a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not return the product without contacting us first. Doing so delays processing and the return may not be accepted. 

Note: the product must be unused and in its original box.  

In general, plants cannot be returned. If your plants arrive damaged, send us a photograph at hello@skogluft.com and we’ll let you know what the next steps are.
